EXHIBITOR SPACE INFORMATION

 

Dear Buck Fever Exhibitor:

We are looking for your help to make this yearís Buck Fever event as successful as last year.  Exhibitor support aided us in donating tens of thousands of dollars to various youth organizations in Guadalupe County.  

 

BUCK FEVER 2018 will be held October 24th & 25th at the Seguin - Guadalupe Co. Coliseum.    SHOW HOURS - 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. both nights.

 

Costs for booths are as follows:

Inside the Coliseum- $300.00

Womanís building, Dance Slab, and outside area- $150.00

 

We are in need of items for our raffle & silent auction. If you would like to make a donation, please let me know. We like to receive those before the show so everything can be inventoried. 

 

Iíve enclosed an EXHIBITOR SPACE CONTRACT. Please complete and return, with payment, back to me as soon as possible.  Booths must be paid for prior to the show.

 

Exhibitor badges will be on the booth table upon set up and must be worn for admittance to the event.

 

Each booth will get 2 badges. More badges available at $5.00 ea.

 

Please complete the exhibitor badge form along with the contract.

 

NOTE: NO RAFFLES OTHER THAN THOSE CONDUCTED BY BUCK FEVER WILL BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROVED BY BUCK FEVER.
